must be original and should not have been published previously or be under
consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.

accepted papers will be published in Journal of Science and Engineering Technology (JSET).
Selected extended papers will be published in Journal of Engineering Science and
Technology (ISSN: 1823-4690 - Scopus indexed journal).
